IHC-P	(62)	1/200. Antigen retrieval: Heat mediated antigen retrieval with sodium citrate buffer (pH 6.0). Primary antibody condition: primary antibody incubation overnight at +4°C is recommended.
WB	(3)	Use at an assay dependent concentration. Predicted molecular weight: 358 kDa.
mIHC		Use at an assay dependent concentration.
ICC/IF	(22)	1/250. If fixing cells in 4% PFA (20 min, room temp), it is recommended to permeabilized cells with 0.1% Triton-X for 5 min.
